Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney born Amal Ramzi Alamuddin is a Lebanese-British barrister human rights activist and philanthropist. Following her graduation from the Oxford University School of Law she embarked on a successful and long-lasting career in human rights as well as international law. Her most prominent clients are various nations, including Armenia which is trying to convince to get the Turkish government to acknowledge that there was an Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney got engaged in 2014 and later married American actor George Clooney. She instantly became a household word. Prior to this, she was well-known and loved in the legal world because she consistently represented her clients with skill and success. Her work ranges from tackling social justice and human rights problems to representing multinational corporations during discussions and court proceedings in relation to government regulation.
